10 tips for A life less frantic

If you are anything like me, you wish you had more time in your day for two things:

  1. More “ME time”. You know, to like, read the paper, or drink a cup of coffee while it’s hot. Or go for a walk. Or whatever tickles your fancy.
  2. You want more time to enjoy your family. Mornings are frantic, evenings are a whirlwind and sometimes you get to the weekend and feel like you and the rest of your household are like ships in the night!

As I mention in the pdf (which you can download by clicking on the image below), I realise that not every tip I suggest is going to be practical for you. But if only two tips hit the mark, they have still freed up time that you didn’t have before. All I ask is that you use this time for yourself, or to spend with your family, and not the way I USED to use it … and that was to do more STUFF!
